Perhaps you are navigating a leadership-related change. A promotion. Change of scope or scale. A new industry or company. Or needing to break patterns that no longer serve you–to operate with greater authenticity, power, and influence. Or maybe it’s a personal transition: the death of a loved one, divorce, empty nesting, or a new phase of life.

This transformative program is for leaders focused on creating a better world. Twelve leaders from different organizations (nationally and internationally) will gather to crystalize their vision for the future and plan their short and long-term strategy for impact.
The program begins with an immersive leadership development experience in Mazama, WA, where leaders will build high-trust relationships, expand their network of supporters, assess what’s working and what’s not, and identify key areas to leverage and grow as leaders. Post retreat, you will stay connected through monthly accountability cohorts and 1:1 executive coaching.
